Preparing the delivery schedule based on client requirement and also ensuring the maximum production efficiency.

Providing the monthly sales revenue to the management.

Monitoring the budgeted and actual sales revenue & reporting if in case of variance.

Follow with the production department to ensure the material availability on time.

Raw material planning. ( MRP - Bases on the forecasted & confirmed production plan)

Job Description:

 Production planning based on the production request and plant capacity
 Capacity requirement planning for optimum utilization of machineries
 Material requirement planning based on sales history & market forecast and reporting to the procurement team
 Periodic follow up of critical raw materials shipment status from logistic team and production planning as per the updates.
 Preparation of standard Bill of Materials (BOM).
 Production planning(PP) and Raw material planning (MRP) in SAP (ERP system)
 Preparing daily production report, raw material consumption reports and machine utilization.
 Preparation of monthly costing data sheet (Variable cost) and reporting the variance with standard BOM
 Coordinating with finance and dispatch team for the month end stock verification and reconciliation.
 Identifying the KPI's and preparing the presentation for plant operation meet and management review meetings
 Preparing, data collection and training for WCM activities in the plant
 Assisting the maintenance team for identifying the MTTR and MTBF for machineries in the plant
 5W 1H analysis for the reaching consistent solution for issues in process.
