Responsible for Warehouse & operations activity like inbound and outbound, determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
•Physical Checking or verification of invoice & related documentswith recd. material.
•In case of shortages/ shrinkages/loss in thefts/damages keeps updated records in discrepancy note book and mails the same to LOB head for necessary action. & organizing to Repair damage goods.
•Planning to Put-Away for recd. consignment on daily basis& allocation of material in rack as per stacking Norms as well as model also manage stock in locations as per FSN analysis.
•Physical STOCK COUNTING per month as per system generated stock sheet (Vendor’s System) as well as with our system and reconciliation if any discrepancy.
•Handling VOS (Value Optimization Service) by providing material require for following activity like Kitting/Packing/QC/Shrink Wrapping etc.
•Planning for daily dispatches then distribution of work like picking, packing, etc. to subordinate.
•Ensuring PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) is done, also instruct to packing team pack as per fragile material norms verify the same before loading.
•Conducting Physical stock counting once in every month & quarter with active involvement for stock taking, Reconciliation & also follow up with ‘PI’ team on Schedule basis.
•Responsible for keep update records and filing of all Invoices / Chillan’s / LR Copies/POD’s and data entry.
•Maintaining of register for both Inward & Outward Stock, Printed Barcode & Vehicle reporting to WH.
•Achieving Sales volume targets on monthly basis given by client.
•Keep Tracking of Return Material in Warehouse and update the same in system as per condition of return materiali.e. reverse Logistics.
•Periodic checking of battery water level/greasing/cleaning/movable parts like forks, bearings & wheels.

EDUCATION: - •Bachelor of Science ( Mathematics, Physics and Computer science )
