Project Control: Looking after inspection of in service Motor, Junction Boxes, Sub Stations, PIBs', Process Vessels, Skids', Cable Tray run, Conduit, MCC, Transformer, Instrumentation Equipment including Control Valves, Pressure Instruments, Flow & Control Instruments, HVAC Installation and maintenance program (Saudi Aramco, NAC&ID).

Effectively controlled five sites (Berri Gas Plant control sulphur emission project, PLC up gradation project, Abu Ali Extension project and National Chevron Philips (third party) project, AICO Metering Skid Project and Replacement of Online Analyzer Project) as client representative. Faber Optic Cables installation has been monitored, controlled and witnessed by me during my project activities of PLC up gradation Project for Berri Gas Plant facilities in Saudi Arabia for Saudi Aramco. Under this up gradation phase by using this technology under three Modules namely Electrical Interface Module (EIM), Optical Interface Module(OIM) and Power Supply Module the installation was done. Use of connectors mainly ST & SMA for FO cable termination beside determining correct type of Buffer used to be confirmed. Leaving apart certain guidelines used to be followed as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard under T(Communication) category, NEC 300 Series and NEC article 770 . These type of cables has more sustainability than other copper cable for long distance signal carrier with very less noise free technology.

For RFID(Radio Frequency Interface Distribution) Project in Berri Gas Plant, Abu Ali GOSP and Juaymah Gas Plant and GOSP, the same FO cables were used as signal carrier and I was responsible for installation of the same apart from other convertor installation. Installation activities used to be executed, controlled, monitored and witnessed by following certain guidelines used to be followed as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard under T(Communication) category, NEC 300 Series and NEC article 770.
Has been involved in HVAC Installation project in parallel Extension project which includes complete HVAC installation including pre fabricated ducting. Conducted material receiving inspection of pre fabricated Ducting in site as well as in Vendor's workshop.
Witnessing is done on Hydro test activities in Pipeline construction on site and in Fabrication Workshop. Also involve in monitoring of NDT activities and reviewing of NDT data of Plant pipelines facilities and Fabrication Workshop.
