Leading the Team of Order Management
Production support for all the SAP live Sites of Honeywell Aerospace.
Effort Estimation, solution design, preparation of functional design document, test scripts and testing for Change Requests.

Handling change request tickets from the start of ticket creation
• contacting the end users and collecting the exact business requirement
• Drafting the processing logic in Functional Specification (FS).
• Setting up a meeting with end user and COE and getting the FS approved
• Once it is approved get the technical resource allocated and completing the development and unit testing.
• After the development is complete helping end user for User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• upon approval successfully moving the changes to Production.
As a Certified SAP SD Consultant and my roles and Responsibility Involved :-
- Discussion with user and COE's for getting the detailed business requirement
- write the Functional Specification (FS), with all the details gathered during the discussion with user
- Set up a FS review call with user and COE and get the FS approved by COE
- Develop the required functionality in SAP
- Co-ordinate with technical resource for development and unit test
- Train the user and get the user training Approval
- co- ordinate wit TR team till the changes reaches production
- Post production support
