Senior Manager - Turnkey Projects in ELECTROSTEEL and LANCO Industries 19.01.97 to 31.03.05 (8.20 Yrs) Secured and completed the turnkey projects

Headed the activities: a) Established C Value (140) used in design of DI pipes in association with Indian Institute of Science - Bangalore. b) Helped the project team, in progressing of Sewerage project funded by ADB for GUDC- GUJARAT. c) Established Customer Service Department at Chennai Regional Ofice to cater to the customer complaints. d) Held Technical seminars throughout India for DI Pipes and fittings. e) Assisted consultants, contractors in design, selection of the economical diameter of mains and trained their team for laying, jointing and testing of DI pipes. Construction of basement, ground & first floor for HOTEL MR INTERNATIONAL, Three Star -75 Rooms.

Created 15, 000 acres, 60 number of Orchards from fallow lands to fully developed Orchards with infra facilities. a) Fallow land taken over, surveyed, finalized saleable area, cost, crop, project start, end dates. b) Obtained necessary approvals from local bodies. All engineering, drawings, periodical site inspections taken up. c) Constructed fencing, roads, culverts, wells, pumps, drip irrigation, sub-surface water tanks, distribution pipeline, DG sets with electrical distribution lines, farm building at an optimized cost, reporting to management.
