-Evaluates, classifies, and rates each risk to determine acceptability, coverage and pricing for inspection and insurance polices.
-Develops and summits underwriting referrals where required to company management and brokers.
-Consults with higher level underwriters or supervisor for unusual or complex cases.
-Conduct group discussions regarding new learnings in the team, applying the best practices in processing, taking initiatives in going through policy booklets etc.
-Maintaining regular follow ups regarding the referrals/query cases sent to the UK.
-Handling additional work other than the regular allocated, part of Allianz Trivandrum / Team committees/ focus groups, imitative to complete adhoc responsibilities.
Responsible for monitoring the quality of leads supplied/ insurance sales closed by the Agents/Customer Service calls /sales /lead gen teams in UK by Yarab Ltd and Business Partners.

This was an effective 6 months internship programme which helped me to learn and understand the plating process and different stages of plating. During this study got an opportunity to do this project on "Elimination of white patches on Zinc plated and yellow passivized components. This research also assisted me acquiring the desired technical and marketing competence in plating process.
