• Leading more than (100) employees from different professions who are appointed in the solar energy sector to form sectors departments (technical, installing and manufacturing) to implement company goals which are apart from ware production ministry targets in supporting Egyptian Gov. Strategy in using its rich renewable resources in generating electricity under FIT Scheme to cover shortage in generating by using fossil fuel and also to mitigate effects of harmful emissions on the environment.
•Optimizing PV plant Design based on Knowledge of solar energy irradiation on the plant site (DNI Components, DHI &GHI), site ambient temperature, solar panels technologies, inverters and solar charge controller’s specs, tilt angle choosing criteria and racking systems, cable sizing and all needed procedures should be followed to minimize losses to maximize the energy yield and then increasing plant revenue .Also applying international standards to make plants working safely and properly.
• Awareness of inter. standard required for compliance components and PV plants.
• Optimizing design based on customer criteria, site survey, chosen tilt angle and plant sizing, Determining B.O.M. to determine plant capital cost, labors coast, financial services, calculating expected power generation along project life time (25-30y) and calculating total coast of kWh generated to determine expected investors benefits.
• Supervision on construction crystalline based solar panels production line starting from issuing technical specs, suppliers offers studying, preparing production and stores facilities, staff allocation, arranging the machines and raw materials, staff training, experimental production, samples test, drifts treatment, TUV Product certified& starting mass production .
• Procurement, Marketing and Sales: Providing and Participating Commercial Sectors in Contracting, Negotiation with Investors, Developers and Suppliers to contribute in solar energy projects and electronics appliances production and provision all tech. inform.for building marketing and sells plans, bids issuing and offers studying.
• Attendance as representative the company in conferences and exhibitions.
• Reporting to the company chairman and through him to the ministry.
• Coordination with Official Agencies(NREA, ERA, EETC)for contracting and to Overcome the issued problems
• Supervision on electrical labs of calibrations and repair of electronics TE and Cards
• Preparing tech. courses for qualifying technicians and engineers to carry out operation and maintenance of the plants.

My duties vary from supervising the workers to overseeing plant operations for ensuring that safety and quality control issues of the production are carried out perfectly by following industry standards. Also managing and plan production activities, machine maintaining schedules, budget schedules and the whole industrial production operations.
The factory end product was Evacuated Tube Solar Water Heaters and solar heat collectors for Domestic and Industrial applications
My duties also extended to supervising company activities in Solar Energy Projects and Follow up Customer requests, Preparing Technical and Financial offers and contracting for
# PV plants design, construction and operation,
# Design and installing water heating systems.
Acheivements:
1-Construction 290 kwp Grid-Tied, On-Roof PV Plant for Governmental sector
2-Manufactruing and Installing 62 tons water heating systems for Armed Forces as well as
3-Site and Workshop maintenance for pv plants, inverters and solar chargers.
