Identify, track, and report regularly on key operational performance metrics
Compile and create reports, graphs, charts, documents and slide presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI
Provide transportation companies with fines analytical reports, alarming trends and relative action plan
Design, build, and maintain optimization tools to determine optimal workflow
Support business units both in branches and head office with regular customer reports and data visualization
Define user’s requirement and work with the IT team to customize the platform accordingly as well as represent a vital bridge between business units and IT
Analyze, correlate and build relations between different initiatives, activities & campaigns Support PSMMs and Segment managers with proper sales funnel management practices, reports and charts
Coordinate with Tableau team to ensure up to date reports and dashboards related to CRM activities and opportunities
