•Financial accounting : Manage day-to-day company accounts
monitor receivables and payables, perform reconciliations

Purchase Orders
• Contract Management: Review, amend and approve contracts
to be signed with third parties (Customers, suppliers, Service
Providers)
• Approval Authority for expenditures up to $10, 000 (while CFO
between $10, 000 and $50, 000 and CEO beyond $50, 000)
PRIVINVEST - ABU
Review and control of all accounting procedures and work
processes, job-costing, cost control and analysis in three different
countries (France, Abu Dhabi and Lebanon).
• Overseeing of Company’s internal controls and Financial Control.
• Preparation of monthly and year-to-date financials with
accompanying analysis of results vs Budgets and previous years,
including dashboard presentations
• Monitoring and control of budgeted expenses and
disbursements, including detailed cost accounting and cost
estimating.
• Liaise with external auditors, accountants and consultants to
ensure that policies, procedures and standards of performance are
compliant to laws and regulations and are adhered to, and
recommend for approval the audited financial statements.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures,
document and workflow processes, to meet both current and
future business models.

•Monthly Countries Financial Reports: accuracy control and analysis.
• Intercompany accounts and reconciliation.
• Special transactions for countries, in addition to reconciling it with HO books.
• Review of Country Analysis File and prepare financial analysis dashboard presentation.
• Project Manager: EASY Application (Electronic Approval System): in-house created application for the Approval Requests: Opex and Capex with complete check versus budget and Manual of Authorities (MOAR) requirements along with supporting documents.
• Budgeting: updating, reviewing, analyzing and checking all submitted Budgets and Forecast reports from the countries including all related matters at HO level.
• Consolidated Financial Reports including presentation to the Board: Inventories, Receivables and related Provisions, Risk and Asset Management, Legal Cases, Credit Policy and Credit Control, AR Vs Credit Limit: Dashboard Presentations, Land and Building Schedules, Unit Sales Reconciliations
Office Manager: Responsible of the well-functioning of the Beirut
Office ensuring continuous coordination with all external branches
in the MENA region.
• Responsible for all office expenses and needs, purchase orders and
payments.
• Monitoring and control of all insurance payments, claims and
receipts with the insurer and all the operations.
