Assist managers with compliance of disciplinary measures and coordinates disciplinary actions with HR Management.
Assist managers in implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Coordinate and follow up on performance appraisals.
Coordinate the training of staff with Training specialist.
Coordinate all travel arrangements for the staff.
Supervise office services (repair & Maintenance, cleaning, security, office supplies, equipment maintenance, Mailroom, etc.
Maintain the hand punch system in an updated manner, incorporating changes required due to staff additions, deletions and transfers.
Review daily, weekly and monthly reports from the hand punch system undertaking spot-checking on accuracy of the system.
Forward daily and weekly reports to the Supervising Officers requesting decisions and actions to be taken.
Issue monthly reports on excessive absenteeism to the General Manager recommending actions to be taken.
Handle and Maintain the Showroom (Ladies Wears/ Accessories etc).
Responsible walks in customer and answer their questions and supports all selling functions.
Maintains all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor in the ladies section.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting Information about other Products and services.

Assist the Showroom Manager in day-to-day operations of the Showroom.
