quotation from all available overseas in accordance with client demands.
* Negotiating with overseas for best proposal & keeping good
coordination with carriers.
* Drafting & reviewing the data in order to pass the received enquiry
to the appropriate department to process it well such as (import, export
and crosstrade).
* Arranging continual visits for current clients & establishing new data
basis by developing new goals to improve business growth and ensuring
that they aremet.
* Reporting the areas need improvement & identifying business strength in
the local market.
* Processing whole order since sailing until arrival with the best suitable
service (Sea, - (FCL & LCL) under any issued terms globally.
* Having good awareness of existed cost, offer submitted to client with
their time limitation, profit assigned to each file with finance department.

Provide service by establishing contact and developing relationships

* Maintain relationships with our clients, establish new data base & new
opportunities.
* Monitor supplier purchase invoices ensuring they are correct and passed to
appropriate department for processing such as ( FCL Import or Export -LCL
Import or Export - FCL or LCL Cross trade ).
* Work with Shipping lines and Logistics you will be required to ensure each
shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping
constant focus on meeting the required service level at the cut cost
procedures.
* Review work flow with carriers and transport companies to ensure
best practice, but also that fees charged are inline withcompetitors.
* Filling & documentations.
* Assist by requesting the best quotation from all available worldagents
in order to get the client approval and acceptance.
