Acknowledge CVs received & communicates with Agency and direct applicants
Short listing Candidates
Conducting interviews on short listed candidates
Prepares Employment Offers & Contracts
Prepares Power of Attorney and demand Letters for visa filing
Processing Approved Candidates till they be in board .
Minor Duties:
Prepares recruitments reports, typing, filing
Makes travel bookings & Liaising with recruiting agencies
Maintains and update block Visa
Provides assistance to the HR Manager
Attends to telephone calls & inquiries
Maintains strictest confidentiality
Coordination and Integration of personnel activities
• Prepare payment authorization
Major Duties Assigned:
Handling all the affairs of more than 600 employees of different nationality.
Managing Employees & assist them in formulation of any problems that may arise.
Providing corrective action program necessary and implementing the same when it needed.
Cooperating with all company’s departments to develop the work.
Taking care of employees personal files and assures confidentiality.
Prepares monthly payroll including overtime.
Prepares monthly and yearly statements of attendance, transportation entitlement, leave and holidays.
Handling the Social security Program and preparing monthly payment report.
Communicate directly with labor office and preparing report concerning employee’s welfare
