Makes travel bookings & Liaising with recruiting agencies

 Handling all the affairs of more than 600 employees of different nationality.
 Managing Employees & assist them in formulation of any problems that may arise.
 Providing corrective action program necessary and implementing the same when it needed.
 Cooperating with all company’s departments to develop the work.
 Taking care of employees personal files and assures confidentiality.
 Prepares monthly payroll including overtime.
 Prepares monthly and yearly statements of attendance, transportation entitlement, leave and holidays.
 Handling the Social security Program and preparing monthly payment report.
 Communicate directly with labor office and preparing report concerning employee’s welfare
