• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to sales closure and ensure proper collection is in place.
• Plan and implement projects, define & allocate project resources and Manage projects budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create schedule and project timeline, Monitor and report on project progress and track deliverables.
• Lead quality assurance and present to stakeholders’ reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs as well as evaluate and assess result of project.
