• Plans, organizes, directs, controls or coordinates the training, benefit, recuiting on organization.
• Updates the organization chart as per the movement in the number of employees within, in or out of Energya, and ensures an up to date organization chart is communicated to all Business Unit and Sector Directors on monthly basis.
• Conducts a manpower plan analysis and meetings with the sector directors and department managers and business unit managers and agrees on a hiring calender accordingly.
• Develops and updates all job descriptions of all positions and ensures they are well communicated to all employees and signed upon and a copy in the employees files.
• Updates and agrees upon an organizational and functional training matrix is effective and taking place.
• Overlooks and ensures up to date data bases for both training activities and recruitment activities is in up to date.
• Overlooks appropriate analysis of training needs and ensures an effective training plan is in place.
• Gets approval on the training budget as per the developed training plan.
• Develops and executes an on the job technical training system in the company and ensures all technical departmental trainers are certificed and and doing their roles.
