Dealing with Client to understand business needs through stakeholder interview - Advice with User flow to support user experience to navigate freely through the application .

- Recording, updating and following up CRM Database
- Tracking research data via effective project reporting and recording project progress within CRM system
- Extracting data from CRM system to support efficiently the daily operations for the Sales and Marketing departments through effective reporting
- Contacting with HQ to provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolve problems
- Performed troubleshooting of the reports to meet optimal level of performance in the CRM
- Provide CRM data reports as per companies additional requirements.
- Provide full CRM training for new candidates
- Maintaining excellent business relationships with clients
- Coordinating with Sales and marketing teams as required based on departmental actions
- Creating Monthly Sales Order, Invoicing & Collection report and reporting it to the GM
- Providing the clients warranty certificates(s) for their received orders.

- Identifying potential new business leads and growth opportunities in Egypt through researching the BNC and Global Data account.
- Uses Amadeus system for booking new tickets
- Handling customers inquires and claims
- Reporting to financial department for refunds
- Closing deals and offering new offers related to the company
- Responsible of claims related to baggage department and contacting airports to track passenger’s baggage.
- Follow-up with passengers for all pending requests related to different departments such as pet department.
- Checking daily mails for any updates to inform the passengers with.
