My role oversees the Financial Planning and Analysis and Reporting areas for the organization,
involving all tasks related to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, comparison actual
vs. expected, management reporting, audit and regulatory information management, strategic and
information reports requested at all levels in the company.
• Provide sound financial analysis to accompany all the results of the company by demonstrating
a high level of understanding of the key driving factors behind the results in comparison to the
budget and prior budget periods
• Control and be responsible for the Company’s financial planning process and budget
management functions, including the annual process and monthly projections, whilst ensuring
that all stakeholders fully understand the financial implications of the business decisions set
• Establish and implementing short and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies and
operating procedures
• Design, establish and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the
department’s goals and objectives

Position: Sales Planning & Process of Management (POM Manager)
• Build the yearly Commercial Group management calendar, for Sales calls, Financial
Calls, Entity business reviews, and Management Business Reviews
• Build the Commercial Group business plan model and process, and moderate the
Commercial Group planning process, working with all functions
• Build the entities business plan model, and moderate the deployment of the planning
process through entities, Build forms and templates for reviews
• Drive the yearly Group business plan and build the process for collecting necessary
market based information
• Provide corrective measures during Business review analysis
Internal Control Unit
• Financial Analysis and Ratio Analysis for CIS Group Financial Statements.
• Business Reviews for CIS Group entities in Lebanon, Africa, ME and Levant
• Preparing Cash Flow statements for all CIS group entities
• Preparing Budgets for CIS Group entities, Variances and recommendations
• Preparing commissions for CIS group GMs and sales force
• Prepare management reports and contribution margin for each group entity
• Highlighting business weaknesses and strengths, financial errors, accounts allocation,
and compliance with IFRS standards.
• Preparing sales reports, purchase reports, stock aging reports, receivables and payables
reports with their needed provisions and follow up comments.
• Analyze and compare results to previous periods, using dashboards and based on Key
Performance Indicators “KPIs” and financial ratios
• Analyze the operating, financial, depreciation and amortization expenses
