2. Translation.
3. Study shipping contracts, arrange with agents in different ports (especially black sea ports) and negotiating D/A.
4. Arrange payments to agents' banks through transfer orders.
5. Study Insurance contracts with P&I Clubs and arrange installments' settlement.
6. Make bunker/spare parts quotations.
7. Follow up custom claims and arrange settlements.
8. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
9. Maintain hard copy of filing system.
10. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
11. Maintain Chairman’s calendar.
12. Setup Chairman’s travel arrangements.
13. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
14. Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for Chairman’s visitors.
15. Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
16. Other duties as assigned.
