Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Investigate and determine employee needs.

Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
* Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
* Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
* Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following
up on work results.
* Employee services and counseling.
* Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
* Review, guide, and approve management recommendations for employment terminations.
* Recommend changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and
retention.
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
* Create and publish job ads in various portals.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
* Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Managing and tracking employees medical practice licenses and residencies.
