- Managed a team of junior interior designers, design artists, draftsmen & sales representatives.
Tasks involved comprehensive Design, Project Consultancy & Business Development.
- Responsible for turnkey design and spatial layout - concepts, development and final design.
- Delivery of final presentations in desired formats of 2D, 3D visuals and simulations
- Ongoing Client negotiation and presentation throughout the design life cycle.
- Preparation of Scope of Works, project schedules, Material & FF&E specifications timelines and other required deliverables.
- Site visits and supervision to inspect, monitor and approve design progress
- Managed Client, Contractor and Supplier liaisons to deliver high quality design solutions.
- Planed & managed the local made department, which handled all locally manufactured items.
Senior interior Designer
- Responsible for interior design and space planning.
- Managing the Interior Design Team to develop design proposals, concepts and layouts.
- Preparation of presentation drawings.
- Detail designing, material specification, color scopes, FF & E specifications.
- Supplier and contractor communications to monitor and report on design progress.
- Site Visits and Client Presentations.
- Supervise AutoCAD drafting, Bryce interior and exterior 3D visualizations.
- Follow up payments & balances needed.
- Financial Quotations & Reports.
- Maintain successful and long-term relationship with Clients. (Customer oriented).
Interior designer
- Preparing top class presentation (high standards residential, hotels, retail & commercial projects)
- Clients follow up.
- Punch List and Certificate of Occupancy.
- Delivery and Installation.
- Preparing furniture & lighting designs & working drawings.
- Suppliers meetings & follow up work process.
- Quotations & cost break down lists.
- Clients meetings & preparing progress reports.
- Handling distant client’s e-mails for follow up, developing design suggestions, sending developed presentations & materials suggestions.
- Reporting to head designer & finance department.
