KEY ROLES:
•Manages and motivates staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, discipline, grievance, etc).
•Plans, forecasts, report on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements.
•Plan and implement advertising and promotional strategy and activities.
•Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
• Monitor the necessary preparation before the start of the operation.
• Receives, greet and entertain customers, attend to their needs, inquires and complaints.
• Monitor the performance of the staffs and see to it that they follow standard procedures and abide by existing house rules.
• Looks after mis -en-place needs for the operation of stations ensuring that par stock in the station is maintained
