Key Responsibilities:
§ Part of a niche team driving strategic initiatives and supporting WBG and credit group in deal sourcing & execution
§ Deal origination, client negotiation, deal structuring to meet client needs while ensuring risk protection for the bank
§ Deal execution including liaison with deal stakeholders, obtaining credit approvals and loan documentation
§ Working on strategic assignments for the bank like evaluating M&A opportunities, portfolio risk assessment etc.

Key Responsibilities:
§ Corporate client coverage and act as single point of contact for clients to meet all their banking requirements
§ Active account management & business development to source NTB2 clients and opportunities in existing portfolio
§ Manage risk and profitability on a loan portfolio of more than USD 1 bn spread across 25+ companies
§ Maximize returns from portfolio across NII3, credit fees, trade, liability business & cross- selling of banking products
§ Attend consortium meetings, actively monitor SMA4 accounts & maintain overall hygiene of entire portfolio
§ Manage entire north India based road assets portfolio - existing & new to bank

Financial modeling, credit appraisal, structuring & risk allocation for deals and prepare information memorandum

Debt syndication, coordinate loan documentation, disbursement and maintain client / lender relationships

Corporate advisory including due diligence, valuation and transaction support for mergers & acquisitions
