 Possess knowledge of 3 and 5 axis machining
 Hands on NC files nesting in Alpha cam to maximize material and production efficiency
 Controlling the handling of CNC programs from the server to CNC machines.
 Monitor, document, and control any changes made to CNC programs
 Troubleshoot machining related issues with respect to CAD designs
 Supervising duct manufacturing and fabrication production floor

Pharmaceutical Products
*Export and Import - Air / Sea / Land*

• Prepare job file and check all relevant documents, chargeable services and costs before forwarding the same to the Supervisor for final verification.
• Prepare documents for MOH, CID etc. in order to export pharmaceutical products.
• Receive confirmed put away sheets and forward the same to the customer and update the system accurately. Document and highlight damages and discrepancies to the customer in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations for mutual satisfaction.
• Handle claims from client and forward it to the claims department / operations for further processing.
• Prepare and send necessary documents to the nominated forwarding agency in a timely manner.
• Receive pre-alerts/documents for inbound shipments, organizes and checks the import shipment documents while leasing with the shipping line informing the warehouse operations responsible person in a timely manner, thereby enabling the effective allocation of warehouse space.
• Generate pick sheets for outbound shipments, ensures that the correct items are picked and packed as per customer requirements and category of goods and that the pick list is verified by the warehouse operations responsible person.
• Prepare inbound and outbound status reports, documents, stock movements, ageing report and billing.
• Escalate delay of deliveries, shipment status and other variances to customers and upper management.
• Ensure that all cost information is available for billing within monthly timeliness.
