❑ Responsible to prepare CAPEX and ability to manage Brown Field and Green Field project.
❑ Prepare Master Plans for CAPEX on MS Projects. Be the prime-mover to keep the project on track.
❑ Responsible to Read, draw and understand layout, P & I diagram, SLD etc.
❑ Responsible to prepare purchase requisition, technical specifications and scope of the work and be the bridge between
procurement and contractor.
❑ Allocation of various resources to execute the projects as per timelines and handling of contractual manpower and plant
technician team.
❑ Responsible for the H&S of the all the project workmen and adhering EHS policy while execution.
❑ Responsible for the closure of activity by proper validation mechanism and handover to user.
❑ Responsible to close all the project activities within defined budget and share monthly visibility on spent numbers.
❑ Stakeholder management, interacting with clients to understand their requirement.
❑ Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of assigned projects.

❑ Project allocation, vendor selection, project communication, maintain out sourcing targets.
❑ Work load management, tracking close deadlines, clients deliverables management.

❑ Execution of projects for plant set up, expansion, modernization, installation & commissioning of various equipment,
machines, manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
❑ Managing activities right from conceptualization to execution of projects; involving finalization, tendering, procurement,
erection, testing, commissioning and stabilization of plants.
❑ Responsible for procurement of spare parts & consumables & finalization of AMC contracts.
❑ Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M
expenditures and work within budget.
❑ Managing Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) in plant to attain an injury-free organization.
❑ Preparation of detailed project report for approval.
❑ Preparation of factory and equipment layout.
❑ Monitoring day to day project execution activities.
❑ Reporting to GM projects about project status.
❑ Handling site contractor management system.
❑ Familiar with mass, energy balance, PID diagram, bar charts.
❑ Prepare work plan for contractors and consultant.
❑ Managed nearly 170 labours every day
❑ Worked on high budget projects up to 200 cr.
