• Managing a team of 20 people and heading entire process of FP&A, Invoicing, AR/Collections and Cash Application on a Global scale (US, Puerto Rico, India, Canada, UK)

Recruited to manage financial of $50M portfolio and work collaboratively with General Manager and industry CFO to build financial strategy aligned with business objectives and drive the profitability through excellent financial planning and execution. Role includes accounting, reporting, business / financial management, audit / internal controls, other compliances, etc. requiring engagement with multiple groups (A&R controllership, Segment controllership, taxation, auditors, regulators, etc.)
• Spread heading entire gamut of operational related to P&L Management, financial analyses, Taxation, budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, conducts additional analyses as appropriate, reviews journal entries to meet business needs. Responsible for day-to-day operation, book keeping, payment processing, etc.
• Oversee and execute intercompany and consolidations accounting activities and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across all in-scope regions
• Assist in reviewing portions of financial statements and answering queries from leadership
• Assist supervisor in implementing and executing controls and identify high-risk areas to facilitate compliance with U.S. and local GAAP/IFRS requirements and all national and/or regional laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities
• Ensure organization of documents and files to seamlessly support external audit and SOX/internal audit requests
• Work with the Financial Systems and other Accounting teams to assist in identification, research, and resolution of technical accounting issues
• Provide recommendations to leadership to optimize policies, procedures, and governance model
• Support regional leadership through business partnering by providing metrics, problem resolution, and reporting process performance
• Proactively lead and perform ad-hoc analysis to identify and raise issues to leadership

• Capex - handling end to end process of Capex development since beginning to fixed assets registration c5-6m every month, also responsible for dealing with operational people, analysis & reporting of capex by project Id, providing commentary for any variances, Journalize those from Opex to Capex, moving to Fixed assets register, monitoring depreciation and assets life, creating investment proposals, being part of MTP preparation, analyzing POs, etc.
