Job Responsibilities
• Checking Flight Booking List through Oryx Operating System
• Preparing track sheets for warehouse and office through Oryx Operating system
• Co-ordinate with acceptance regarding Doha joining shipments
• Co-ordinate with space control and load control for the accurate planning and on time performance
• Office and warehouse co-ordination
• Co-ordinate with import
• Co-ordinate with cargo runners for on time performance
• Preparing cargo manifest through Oryx Operating system
• Preparing NOTOC for special cargo (DGR, AVI, HUM, AOG, VAL, SWP etc )
• Monitoring cargo documentation
• Up-dating the finalized cargo details in the U.W.S for load control (Altea Amadeus Operating System)
• Co-ordinate with Qatar Airways for the smooth functioning of manifesting

Worked as Senior Operations & Sales Executive for Island Aviation India Pvt Ltd. (GSA for Malaysian Airlines) at Bangalore International Airport since Jan 2012 to Sep 2012.


Responsibilities
• The position involves proper management of Cargo Sales and Operations out of BLR.
• Tele-sales and weekly visit with agents for sales promotion
• Co-ordinate with Cargo agents for promoting sales.
• Prepare monthly sales (CSR) and activity reports (Tonnage & Revenue) for head office.
