Handling Sea Import & Export shipments and its documentation.
Following up of arrival of ocean cargo with respective Liners or freight forwarders and confirm the same to the clients.
Coordinate with clients for necessary documents for Customs clearance.
Solving the Problems related to Documentation.
Have sound knowledge in E-Mirsal 2 and customs clearance.
Updating the clients regarding the status of consignments from time to time.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly consignment statements and provide the same through e-mail to the clients.
Coordinating with transport department of the organization to ensure timely delivery of the consignment to the clients.
Meeting with the client and make them understand the charges for different countries
Ensure proper coordination with the clients.
Ensure effective liaison with agents and coordinated arrangement of shipments.
Negotiate with Forwarder to the lowest best price with comprehensive payment terms.
Review and sign off shipping documents while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Manage archiving of completed shipment files and maintain record keeping.
Offering export quotations and price negotiations.
Handling different customer’s shipments.
Handle standing guarantees accounts and exit submission to customs at right time.
Prepare and submit Weekly/Monthly/quarterly logistics report.
Maintain accuracy in billing and other logistics report.
Provide areas of improvements with a financial impact to the management on regular basis.
Handling Enquiries from customers on invoice and payment.
Follow up on invoice payment.
