Working as a Sales Team Leader/Account Manager, my job evolved around a variety of responsibilities.
Responsible for managing the sales team to achieve their daily, weekly, and monthly targets. This happens by:
o Coaching team members on better approaches and methods to get more sales and handle bigger objections.
o Conducting One-on-One meetings with all sales representatives to identify their key points and work on their areas of improvements. So, we can ensure better alignment regarding job responsibilities and general job descriptions of each team member.
o Monitoring and Mentoring my team members towards better selling standards with optimal quality results.
Responsible for driving the campaign towards higher productivity levels with minimal cancellation ratios. In addition to increasing the employee satisfaction rates and decreasing our turnover rates as much as possible.
o Planning and Implementing solution-based ideas to overcome daily and monthly challenges for the whole department using the SWOT analysis method.
o Applying fair ground rules that are aligned with the global markets standards, which ensures better productivity with least cost possible.
o Interacting with Senior Management regarding improving the level of management provided for the employees to ensure better career growth opportunities and employee satisfaction.

Receiving inbound calls from United Arabian Emirates.
Handling the customers’ inquiries and providing more information regarding our services and offers.
Converting calls into sales with a daily target.

Selling dental supplies and surgical stents to doctors with a monthly and a quarterly target.
