- Reviews and verifies the completeness and accuracy of all documents and system entries that have financial impact in order to ensure data quality in payroll.

- Ensuring the effective induction of new staff, including completion of appropriate payroll, GOSI and health insurance
- Facilitates the end of service requirements like Exit interview, leaves balance, experience letter, financial dues and related documents.
- Liaised between employees and the management in a courteous and professional manner.
- Verifies, checks and reconciles all payments and reimbursements made to employees are in line with Company approved policies and procedures (e.g. overtime, incentives, school fees, loans).
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure all payments are processed on time, each month.
- Execute and ensure pre-employment checks of selected candidates are done, job offer is created and confirmed by the selected candidate, basic employee data are entered in the system on a timely manner, user package is ordered based on a list defined by Hiring Manager, employee is selected for the induction program and probation period is monitored, all relevant documents are scanned and stored, all activities which are subject to the legal requirements (e.g. Medical insurance, transfer of sponsorship/overseas employees/delegates) are observed, communicated with the employee and executed in tight collaboration

Process new hire paperwork including data entry into HR system and file management
Ensuring that employee contracts are accurately prepared,
Assist the Government Relation department to assure the visa’s requirements are adhered
Prepare offer, regret and acknowledgment letters
Ensuring that effective and confidential record-keeping and data management systems are implemented in relation to Personal files, Health Insurance, Workers Compensation, performance review and development, Training and development
Ensuring systems for the recording and management of work attendance, leave and other staff entitlements are implemented and maintained
