-Manpower Budget & Reporting
- Closely monitors MPC to ensure in line with budget.
- Liaises with the TA team to manage Success Factors, opening and managing requisitions and completing positions, addressing the business needs
- Assists Group and brand L&D with training initiatives and liaises with managers to assess gaps in training needs
-Reviews and investigates disciplinary cases, ensures correct documentation and compares evidence. Suggests action to Senior HRBP, prepares warning letters / disciplinary action and ensures filing.

Administration and record keeping of attendance/leaves (all kinds), deductions, Over
Time, etc.
Collecting monthly timesheets, Summary sheets of employees.
Responsible for the proper entry, storage, update, and security of employee personal
data, updating personnel data and employee status changes on systems.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently with correct cost center.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll final report.
