Perform the required quality analysis and inspection to all gas and liquid products. Responsible for computation of gas mix component ratios according to the requirement/orders of customers. Involved in the required product quality control and inspection of Air Separation Unit (ASU), Acetylene and Carbon Dioxide Plant Production. Responsible in conducting purging, periodic internal calibration and maintenance (including troubleshooting) of all analyzers. Preparation and issuance of Test Certification for hydro-tested cylinders and porous mass test/inspection of Acetylene cylinders. Reviewing the quality documents received from 3rd party suppliers if it conforms to the required product quality specifications/requirements
I worked in chemical depot as an Assistant Supervisor for Plant Operations. My work involves monitoring of storage facilities and quality control. I also take over the responsibility of safety and handling of different chemical products our company imports from other countries. Attend sampling and sounding of the vessel with the out port third party quantity surveyor and chief mate to calculate and measure the delivery. I am also involve in analysis of the incoming product.
