A leading wholesale company in stationery and toys in Saudi Arabia.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and facilitating the decision-making process.
• Talent Sourcing Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Designing the onboarding programs and planning to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Prepare the annual plan for recruitment and estimated budget within the current manpower cost and follow up on the implementation with the departments.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
• Establish a Saudization and nationalization plan based on the current situation.
• Lead the establishment of annual performance targets for employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure adherence to all needed regulations, laws, and employment standards.
• Familiar with using (linked in, Bayt.Com, indeed, Naukri gulf, Gulf Talent) or hunting and securing talent candidates.

• Lead recruitment process including preparing job descriptions, advertising, posting, shortlisting, pre screening, interviewing, and management of vacancies including maintenance of relevant progress trackers through to the production of formal offers.

• Designed organizational structure was approved by SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority).
• Design a training plan in coordination with external parties to conduct training.
• Managed full-cycle recruitment for a rapidly-growing startup, successfully filling over 25 positions in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Leveraged social media platforms and online job boards to expand the candidate pool and attract top talent, resulting in a 15% increase in the number of qualified applicants.
