Handles East Africa service with average 150 to 200 export containers from ESL export bookings.
Also handles other vessels to Asian ports in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.

 Coordinates and act as an intermediary between clients and lines to ensure quality service and liaise with internal department in a spirit of teamwork to ensure a smooth and efficient service / coordination in terms of sea export shipment: monitoring vessel schedules / assistance in acquiring dangerous cargo approval / prepare and submit final booking and load list / switch Bill of Lading service.
 Attend clients’ inquiries: Freight Charges, vessel schedules, import/export services, shipment status and documents status.
 Plan and finalize loading list to the operations department.
 Prepares export Bill of Lading and Switch Bill of lading.
 Provides container release / acceptance order to clients.
 Provide sailing reports and weekly equipment projection reports to the logistics manager
 Acts as assistant to the CS / Documentation Managers
 Assistance to the sales team in maintaining rate records and ocean freight quotations to clients.
 Perform other duties as assigned
