-Gather business &/or application requirements on the infrastructure to perform the infrastructure requirement analysis & design.
- Plan, design, install, test & implement systems in accordance to specifications & service level. Where relevant, perform the necessary system programming & configuration.
- Manage systems changes through change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.
- Respond promptly on IT Security matters such as incident response, incident investigation, intrusion detection management and impact analysis
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement pro-active measures, and monitor their effectiveness
- Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability.
- Implement service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.
- Knowledge of security management processes and procedures

Implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance Enterprise Network.
Planning, upgrading and participating in Network Implementation.
Engaging with project Managers to document all effort and adhere to project schedule.
Creating required documents for newly migrate network.
Customize and performing UAT (User Accepting Testing) for Enterprise Network for project.
Assisting in the development of standardized procedures to enhance the quality and consistency of
network.
Project: LAN Remediation, Network Access Control (NAC) Implementation & Support
Client: Supreme Court, State Court, Family Court, Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), AVA (Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority), & iMDA and Spring, MPA
Roles & Responsibility
IOS upgradation and hardening of Firewall, Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent Access & Core switch (Access switch Model: 6850, 6850E, Core switch Model: 9700, 9700E, IOS Upgradation of cisco 3560, to support 802.1x authentication, collecting exiting VLAN details from agency to design New VLAN scheme. Supporting from WAN to LAN including change of Firewall IP, editing Policies, creating object and group and Upgrading from SNMPv2 to SNMPv3
Enabling NAC (Network Access Control) in all Cisco & Alcatel Switches across all the sites for strengthening network security. Co-ordinate with Desktop Engineer for troubleshooting & resolving issue related to NAC implementation for end user devices. Monitoring the status of end user devices in CPPM (Clear Pass Policy Manager) & Firewall for NAC enablement,
Upgrading and backups of Cisco router configuration files
Troubleshooting of complex LAN/WAN infrastructure including routing protocols,
Settings of the networking devices (Cisco Router, switches) co-coordinating with the system/Network administrator during implementation
Documentation and change control
Worked on troubleshooting of complex LAN/WAN infrastructure
Monitoring all Cisco equipment’s using Cisco Works
Involved in SNMP Network management.
Implementing and maintaining backup schedules
Worked in Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, including routing protocols OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, HSRP and Ethernet LAN Switching.
Manage, maintain and improve network and telephony management and monitoring systems and act on alerts or have planned for actions when alerted 24 x 7
Configuring and Managing (Cisco) devices.
Provide escalated troubleshooting support for multiple Network systems and technologies (routers, switches, firewall, and network with local and remote environments.
Managing Monitoring tools for data centre device and links(WAN and Internet)
Generate reports of bandwidth utilization and link latency on weekly/monthly basis.
