Considerably good in analyzing the Schedule & forecasting the problems and assist project manager and Construction Manager in work related to progress, invoice, cost, Change order, Approval system.
Coordination with discipline Engineers and QC engineers
Coordination of Project, Providing Suggestions and instructions for the Improvement and Performance of Work.
Plan, control, manage, communicate and analyze the project Cost work progress
Prepare, Analyze and Discuss the Earned Value Sheet with Project Manager.
Plan & Prepare a detailed list of activities as per the project scope of work.
Developing base line and project execution plan
Attend the project progress meetings, preparation of the minutes of meetings, follow ups and coordination of meeting results.
Preparation of master schedule by determining the project planning criteria like milestones, long lead items construction planning, critical paths etc. using appropriate software’s like P6, MS projects…
Evaluation of work progress on site and updating of project schedule
Work with the project construction organization to resolve schedule conflicts.
Revise the schedule as per the Project Change Order requirement for approval.
Preparation of target project and updating the schedule as per the input from related department.
Preparation of various filtered reports layouts as per reporting requirements.
Evaluating progress invoice as per the actual progress in the site.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Execution programs (schedule and man power histogram)
Preparation and follow up of two/Four week look ahead schedules
Follow up procurement team for material status(POs, Document approval, inspection and deliveries)
