Main Office:
• Supervising all quality assurance issues in the main office to include: Quality Assurance, Quality Audit, Safety, and Document Control.
• Ensuring that the Quality Management system is planned and designed in accordance with ISO 9001 standard.
• Ensuring that the Quality Management system is implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard.
• Auditing Quality Management System to ensure controls are in place and in compliance with BATCO’s business processes and operations.
• Monitoring the implementation of Document Control Software (Laserfiche) and ERP Software (SAP)
• Reporting to Top Management on the performance of the Quality Management System, including needs for improvement.
• Coordinating with the owners' representative on all QHSE issues.
• Developing improvements to the Quality Management Systems.
• Leading the drafting of policies, procedures and instructions.
• Designing and developing forms, instructions, procedures, and policies.
• Issuing, updating and maintaining the quality system documentation.
• Preparing, setting up and driving Internal Quality Audits.
• Managing the corrective and preventive actions for the system improvement.
• Preparing the Management Reviews.
• Directing all employees within the scope of work engaged in Quality management procedures.
• Suggesting and monitoring KPIs.
• Finding and proposing the solutions which facilitate the accomplishment of the pre-established objective.
• Compiling, writing and approving training material and conducting training sessions on QHSE activities.
• Approving and preparing if needed all QHSE documents submitted in tenders.
• Attending Management Meetings and Ensuring Minutes of Meeting are well documented and circulated.
• Coordinating with external quality audit organizations when applicable.

Projects:
• Supervising all quality control and quality assurance issues over the projects sites to include: QC, QA, Quality Audit, Safety, and Document Control.
• Monitoring project deviation in terms of time, cost, equipment failures, etc.
• Issuing and tracking of nonconformance reports.
• Collaborating with all managers on site and receiving their cooperation in terms of quality procedure implementation.
• Monitoring project quality plan, HSE Plan and quality management procedures.
• Concentrating on the customers’ satisfaction by collecting the satisfaction and the complaints forms.
• Using best practices and knowledge of internal / external business issues to improve quality control and assurance of the whole projects.
• Coordinating with projects’ Managers on all projects’ element and action plans.
• Following the development of the project, periodically control all the stages of the QHSE implementation and take necessary measurements of adjustment.
• Providing new ideas and concept for the development of projects’ QC plans.
• Performing periodic on site random site visit and QHSE inspections to make sure that regulations relating to quality health safety and the environment (QHSE) are adhered to.
• Submitting any QHSE issue about the projects to both CEO and COO for further discussion and action.
• Communicating via phone and written reports with each Project Manager in order to follow up with problems that may occur.
• Reviewing inspection for the project quality and safety.
• Coordinating with project manager to ensure all close-out documents (on project level).
• Reviewing Monthly Reports and sending comments to Project Managers on monthly basis.
