- Designed & implemented a talent acquisition strategy in line with the Bank’s needs in terms of skill sets and other role specifications.

- Supported a semi government entity in the nationalization of health workers by designing their employment journey.
- Developed policies & procedures in line with international standards.

- Assessed different companies to develop effective mechanisms for employee development, compensation, training & communication.
