Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves,
transfers, or promotions, using HRIS.
* Set up interviews and testing dates for candidates with the coordination of Corporate HR Manager
and the HOD.
*Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. Liaise with HOD and
Corporate HR Manager new employees joining date, Induction, On-boarding and Training Dates.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules,
working conditions, or promotion opportunities and sign agreement with employee as per the
Induction Check-List. *
Manage Probation Period expiry, check with HOD and inform employee, and
update records. *
Liaise with HOD to renew the employee’s employment contract at least 45 days
before the contract expiry.
* Issue salary certificates and employment certificates to employee upon requests.
* Assist HR Manager for employees performance appraisals and promotions. *
Address employee
relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
Manage employees leave records and other related documents.
Manage Health and Safety of the employees at the work place.
Manage employees’ records and personal files.
Manage employee resignation/termination and exist with the coordination of HOD and Corporate HRManager.
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, local labor laws, standards, or
regulations.
Recruitment
Assist HR Manager to develop forms, procedures and check-lists to improve overall department
efficiency.
*Any other HR administration
Post the new jobs in our social Media and websites and newspapers.
• Prepare shortlist for the clients according to their qualification.
• Follow up with clients their requests and interviews times and status of the candidates
• Follow up with candidates their travel procedures and sending daily report for the clients according
to the status of the candidate
• Prepare recruitment invoices according to the job offer letter and send to the financial departments
to follow
• Download CV's from database email
1. Preparing shortlist for the client as per their requested qualification
2. organizing for the interviews if they are in the office or outside the office
3. Entering the data of the new candidates in our system
4. Advertising for the opening vacancies by through news papers or social media, websites ..etc
Studied Master Degree as Distance Learning
