This was one of the greatest experiences in my life. It pinpointed my life values, life purpose, and gave me the courage to be myself. Many skills were learned such as: level three listening, articulating, bottom lining, brain storming, challenging, dancing in the moment, designing alliance, powerful questions, setting smart goals, self management and much more.
This master degree gave me competences in retail pharmacy management. I wrote my master’s thesis with the assistant of Dr Wajdi Naaman about “Professionalism in Retail Pharmacy Management”. Main point mentioned in the thesis where: - Customer management - Human resource management - Money management - Risk management (medication error, currency fluctuation, theft, bank loans) - Supply chain management - Technology and robotics in retail pharmacy
