Talent Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highcaliber candidates.
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, create recruitment plans, and provide applicants with quality candidate experience.
Develop and update all the organization's Job description through conducting job analysis when requested/or change applied.
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
Utilize various channels for talent sourcing, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and behavior evaluations.
Interview Coordination:
Collaborate with hiring managers to provide feedback and make informed hiring decisions.
Conduct HR interviews for final decision.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Annual Reporting and HR strategy:
Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Provide regular reports for overall department performance ( TFP, Turnover Rate, Absence, Exit interview sanalysis, TNA, training effectiveness).
Performance Management:
Review KRA proposal based on objectives to measure employees' performance in accurate manner.
Organize Performance Management cycles including End year appraisal, coaching sessions identifying areas of improvement to develop performance levels. Execute succession plans and career growth programs.
Company policies and Manuals:
Update department manual, company policies and procedures.
Training and developments:
Analysis training needs to develop target solutions.
Collaborate with subject experts to design and develop engaging and impactful training materials.
Deliver soft skills training and workshops sessions to various audiences Evaluate the effectiveness of training to improve outcomes.
Company Branding:
Enhance the Company brand to attract top talent in the competitive market.
Implement creative and effective Marketing strategies for job openings.
Other Implementation of various events supporting employees engagement.
Member of sustainability and CSR team.
Representer of HR department in IMS (ISO), RSPO, and GMP internal and external audits.
