•Identifies potential organizations and locations from which to source suitable candidates.
•Recommends, implements the sourcing strategy according to Boyden methodology and standards (database search, advertisement or industry/location search).
•Develops short list of potential and qualified candidates according to the predefined client’s needs.
•Regularly updates File Finder system to ensure that the information stored on the system is accurate and up to date.
•Continually identifies new sources of information that will assist the research capabilities of the organization.
Handling the full recruitment and selection process for all types of clients:
• Sourcing Job Applicants: Search for the proper CVs as per the clients’ requirements, either through the current database or the feedback of recruitment ads.
• Screening CVs: Match the applicants’ skills, background, work culture and technical specifications with the client’s requirements.
• Interviewing Candidates: Conduct one-to-one interviews and participates with other interviewers in panel interviews.
• Assessing Candidates: Evaluate interviewed candidates based on a set criteria and prepare an assessment sheet for each candidate.
• Nominating Potential Candidates: Prepare shortlists with qualified candidates and send it to the client.
• Liaising with Clients: Follow up with clients the status of proposed candidates to assure the hiring process is completed.
Carrying out other Job-Related Activities:
• Discussing the clients’ hiring needs, and consult clients in job offers and competitive compensation packages.
• Preparing structured interviews and updating the selection tests.
• Preparing recruitment ads to be posted in Al Ahram weekly newspaper or the internet.
• Headhunting key positions for executive posts when needed.
• Developing and updating a comprehensive database of potential candidates for future references.
• Follows up and monitoring a team of recruitment administrators in handling their tasks (phone calls, interviews scheduling, classifying CVs…etc)
