As a Sales Manager I am assigned quota that requires generating and closing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships, driving client satisfaction, and enriching existing accounts, primarily at $500 million-plus accounts. Also, part of my current responsibilities is to work to develop and execute a territory plan that targets larger accounts with a wide range of Forrester solutions
Responsible for sales operations of HCL Technologies portfolio including ERP (SAP/Oracle), Business Intelligence & Data warehousing Solutions, Software Development & System Integration Projects, and Consulting Services etc.. covering Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and some named accounts in the UAE
-Responsible for sales operations of Mahindra Satyam in Levant and North Africa, in addition to named accounts in Bahrain
-Selling different service offerings across various industry verticals
-Handling the entire sales operations encompassing pre-sales activities, public relations, event management, product launches, technical demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating & finalizing deals
-Identify large opportunities
-effectively close sales
-Grow and maintain current client relationships
-Discuss and clarify client requirements
-Conduct final review of proposals prior to client submittal
-Supervise assigned professionals in projects
-Actively manage client accounts and contracts
-Selling Dell /EMC products in the corporate, educational, and government business space.
-Identify large opportunities
-effectively close sales
-present and demonstrate Dell/EMC products to potential customers on-site
-negotiate discount points, and overcome objections
-Maintains contact with client post sales to ensure customer satisfaction
-Attends industry functions / remains current on competitor products
-Prepare and present proposal to clients
-Actively manage client accounts and contracts
-Responsible for meeting set revenue targets
Defining, creating, documenting, verifying and assessing quality.
Defining, implementing, executing and documenting test plan, test cases and test scripts
Develop and execute load, stress, volume and reliability test plans and scripts
Document and communicate test results, including issues found and their resolution; participate in root cause analysis
Answering customers and solving their problems through e-mail
Preparing reports, presentations, tables and providing data and analysis.
Identify, Maintain, Implement, and Design new and emerging client solutions, technologies and products, by dealing with all the pre-sales technical issues
Assure quality and success of technical aspects of the sales process and provide support to the organization and its partners.
Continue to manage and ensure customer satisfaction in the pre-sale phase.
Write compelling proposals and presentations.
Prepare and conduct Products, Solutions, and Technology Presentations
a.Developing Systems:
Electronic Hospital Operation application (EHOpe): Nursing, Laboratory, Point Of Service, In Vitro Fertilization, Telephone Directory, Patient Billing.
b.Testing Developed Systems and ensuring systems fulfill design requirements and meet software quality standards.
c.Tracing and debugging code problems.
d.Following up with customers and fulfilling their feedbacks.
