• Create and Provide regular analysis and reports for operational, strategic & Management use - (weekly - monthly and quarterly).
• Support the analytics needs of various business units in the company by using the different analytical tools and performing researches based on their need.
• Monitor MBC group sites traffic on daily basis and report any up normal trends.
• Work closely with Web services and IT to ensure proper monitoring of digital properties and that data are collected accurately by the different measurement systems we have.
• Conduct analytical research which highlights and compares between different sections & services in MBC group websites with competitor sites in the region.
• Conduct in-depth and competitive analysis of MBC Group major web properties (MBC.net, MBC3, Shahid & Alarabiya.net) and Suggest ideas for improvement on the existing sections based on the research.
• Assess online campaigns effectiveness by measuring different traffic aspects / metrics.
• Work with the marketing units of different channels to support their efforts by different reports.
• Help in setting the targets of different sites for the MBC Group and monitoring the performance through the year against the set targets.
• Support the analytics needs of the senior management unit by analyzing the web traffic using URCHIN, (Nielsen) Site Census and other web analytics tools.
• Monitor MBC group sites traffic on daily basis and report any up normal trends.
• Prepare weekly /monthly statistics reports which provide the department with full view of the website performance and helps in taking planning decisions.
• Continuously monitor performance of MBC group websites against the set targets and contribute in suggesting ideas to increase the web traffic.
• QA all new launched projects and pages to make sure all are being tracked by the system and met the requirements
• Work closely with the website technical team to identify any gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements
• Report any technical errors in the website to the technical team.
• Follow up on editorial efforts, marketing efforts, social media efforts, technical issues, and new web initiatives on weekly basis and compile it in an internal report.

• Thoroughly analysis on the current “Education Services” Website structure & proposing new structure for optimization purposes.
• Updating current information on Middle East & South Africa Education websites.
• Modifying current WebPages using WebStar tool.
• Ensure Data accuracy & that all WebPages are up and running
• Collaborating with E-marketing team on updating articles published in Education website
• Coordinating with the web technical team (implementation team) to resolve technical issues.
• Providing statistical analysis on the web performance including monitoring the traffic
