-Co-led the successful delivery of a FATF16 compliant Wire programme for the group
־Programme managed the interaction between the regulator (SARB) and Barclays Africa in 2016. Commended by the SARB in the way the interaction was managed in their close-out presentation to then CEO Maria Ramos and the EXCO team. From here I was nominated to chair the absa groups steering committee to mitigate findings from this SARB review.
־Programme managed the absa CIB FinCrime issues to have zero overdue issues for the first time in the history of CIB
-Embedded the groups FATF16 wire programme which successfully passed reviews by internal Financial Crime Assurance Testing teams
Lead teams to implement initiatives for for cross industry clientele delivering the following:
1. Target operating models
2. Process improvement
3. Cost reduction

Develop and lead business improvement initiatives in the EHL group and African Bank. Majority of initiatives are linked to the group’s strategic goals. Would utilise 6sigma/lean tools if applicable.
Multiple roles including initially engineering design of Telco networks and finally as a manager leading lean six sigma initiatives in the business
Completed with honours. Majored in Software engineering and telecommunications. Final year thesis was the design of a virtual mall using cellular technology
