 Microsoft Server (2008, 2012, 2016), Active directory and Group policy
 Networking maintain users on servers, maintain a company standardized image on all PCs, Installation of patches for existing software as they become available.
 Manage Anti-virus issues, Recommend and report on hardware/software upgrade requirements from time to time.
 Arrange quotes on hardware and software as required
 Ensure daily backups are taken of the server and regular backups of required data
 Maintain user PC’s including installing additional software and hardware as required and approved. Provide desktop and printing support
 Troubleshoot laptop wireless issues. Installation and configurations of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other PC Peripherals
 Maintain IT Inventory including schedule check
 Monitors and supports operation of videoconferencing systems. Troubleshoots and affects repairs to teleconferencing technology as required.
 Provide service to students and staff with audio/visual support and facilitate the checkout/check-in of various audio/visual equipment

Coordinator, organizes, and monitors the work of an assigned SAP project implementation.
• Involved in analyzing and defining SAP resources, functions and business processes and user needs, performing functional configuration and maintenance tasks
• Design, functional configuration, modification, or maintenance of a SAP human resources system.
• Principles of organization and management; documentation, reports etc
• Coordinate, organize, and evaluate the work of an assigned SAP project team.
• Design, develop and document complex operational and technical processes, functions, and procedures involving SAP modules.
• Perform functional configuration, modification, and testing tasks involving complex components of SAP modules.
• Analyse complex business problems involving SAP modules and develop appropriate solutions.
• Write clear and comprehensive reports, instructions, and training materials.
• Review and evaluate detailed SAP plans and project progress. Review and evaluate project deliverables.
• Train End Users on different components SAP functionalities.
• Present and lead discussions on SAP functionality as it relates to current operational needs
• To ensure that the system is implemented according to approved scope and specification to a consistently high level and that entered data is both accurate and relevant.
