Responsible for complete project functions included but not limited to Project
Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering
Management, Procurement, Construction Management, Authority approvals,
certifications, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project
goals.
 Coordinate and communicate projects groups including clients, consultants,
construction and contractors’ team
 Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are established by all parties and
maintained and conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications.
 Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule.
 Participate in and lead risk assessments and actively manage the risks of the
projects and the business.
 Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans, reviewing
bids from subcontractors
 Prepare and analyses costs for tenders, Pre-Tendering, Post-Tendering works
 Preparing the engineering budget, project schedules and project control budgets
Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project
 Perform other project engineering and project management related duties.

Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements;
assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from subcontractors.
 Determines project specifications by studying project design, customer
requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
 Determines & Control project schedule by studying project plan and
specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
 Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities;
resolving problems.
 Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends
 Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state
regulations.
 Identify, analyses and develop responses to commercial risks;
 Prepare and analyses costs for tenders, Pre-Tendering, Tendering works
 Arrange & dealing subcontractors scope of works, check tenders for hidden costs;
 Prepared BOQ & BOM for the project, preparing cost estimates.

 Provides guidance and work supervision for other engineering and technical personnel as required by projects.
 Progress site reports and weekly team meetings.
 Prepared daily reports, weekly reports, other technical documents, etc.
 Making inspection with consultants before implementation of works
 Prepared BOQ & BOM for the projects.
 Assessment of the project works and maintain Sub Contractor bills
 Meet and deal with clients and visitors
 Monitoring day to day civil works
 Maintain stocks of all materials and spares
 Prepared daily and monthly civil works.

 Supervision of projects.
 Progress site reports and weekly team meetings.
