- Reporting to Sales Manager of Sales & Marketing
- Follow up sales performance daily & Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
- Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
- Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
- Supporting the sales team in Achieve sales targets.
- Handle correspondence for sales manager to Sales and Marketing team and other.
- Organize departmental meetings.
- Data Entry for sales orders & follow up the delivery operations to customers
- provide company profile, brochures, catalogs, warranty certificates and contracts to customers and follow up when required by team work or customers
- Assist in trade exhibitions or events
- Update the database of the sales & marketing Team & customers & vendors
- Maintaining an efficient work environment.
-Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales event manager
-Attending network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential & current customers
- Support the sales & marketing team for Coordinate with other departments (Purchasing, Supplychaine, Accounting.. etc.) .
- Respond to complaints from customers and service after-sales.
