Solutions Architect
- Prepare cost estimates for product sales as well as professional services (deployment, migration, implementation, etc.)
- Develop overall solutions including high-level design, statements of work, service design, rough of magnitude and bills of materials
- Prepare contractual documentation including but not limited to:
- Integrated Master Plan (IMS)
- Technical proposals
- Customer Design Reviews (CDR)
- Level of Efforts (LoE)
- Implementation plans
- System & Sub-System Design Description (SSDD)
- Integrated Logistic Support Plan (ILSP)
- Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)
- Acceptance Test Plan and Procedures
- Prioritize, communicate, and mitigate risks with internal stakeholders
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) programs
- Collaborate with partners (L3Harris & Motorola Solutions) and subcontractors to develop solutions for large and complex sales opportunities
- Conduct site visits, conference calls, presentations, proof of concept and follow up on
customer related issues
Senior System Engineer
- Provide technical support; install, configure, and maintain systems and devices at sites
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Develop technical reports and customer-facing documents including the management daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Identify and evaluate potential information security threats and vulnerabilities
▪ Participated with the Network and Security team in the different projects as assigned.
▪ Configured and deployed small business FortiGate firewalls, FortiAP access points, Brocade switches and installation of Aruba access points.
▪ Customer service.
Being the sole IT Engineer on a construction site (Al-Manaseer Palace) I was responsible for the following.
▪ Provided networking, design, installation and maintenance services.
▪ Investigated specialist and complex information technology support issues.
▪ Backup and disaster recovery plans.
▪ Established a small database system that helped the engineers to track the workers and technicians on the site.
▪ Produced documentation and reports to a high standard.
