Analyze & approve organization change requests received from business (Create and develop organization structures).
Conduct work force exercise on current/new organization structures.
Work with other OD BP’s on changes in Org Design/Mandates to ensure no overlap between
functions.
Transfer mandates and activities when needed in alignment with CoE.
Conduct Manpower revisits on business functions when needed.

with L&D to implement the plan.
Designed the learning path for HR sector and linked it with competency.
Identify the business assessment needs and work with the Assessment Center.
Track up the continuous of the trainings.
Studying & validating Training/Forums/Conferences requests received from clients before moving to execution phase with L&D.
Analyze employee’s profiles, work together with the business to identify the talented employees for promotions, as well as coordinating with program managers for enrollment process.
Responsible for issuing decrees for managerial level appointments (Appointing/Acting).
Responsible for internal hiring for managerial level.
Meeting with high-level management on regular basis to ensure the demands & the expectations
are met.
Designing the rotation plan for new TIP joiners across the HR sector.
Coaching & guiding the coop trainees under our department.
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle (Internal and External).
Recruiting highly qualified professionals with strong technical backgrounds for the technology
sectors (Technology & Performance, IT, Network...etc.).
Working closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements.
Arranging and conducting interviews with Hiring Managers.
Following up with Onboarding team to ensure to keep Hiring Managers updated.
Contributed in STC Talent Incubation Program (TIP) for attracting fresh graduates.
Worked on Training program for College Students.
Skilled in Oracle Taleo System.
Using LinkedIn tools for Posting Jobs and Sourcing candidates.

STC Recruitment Policy for all recruitment activities.
