Analyze & approve organization change requests received from business (Create and develop organization structures).

Analyze employee’s profiles, work together with the business to identify the talented employees for promotions, as well as coordinating with program managers for enrollment process.
Responsible for issuing decrees for managerial level appointments (Appointing/Acting).

Meeting with high-level management on regular basis to ensure the demands & the expectations

Designing the rotation plan for new TIP joiners across the HR sector.

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle (Internal and External).
Recruiting highly qualified professionals with strong technical backgrounds for the technology

Working closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements.
